Yuja Labs ("we," "our," or "us") develops and publishes digital watch faces for wearable devices.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our watch face applications distributed via Google Play Store, Garmin Connect IQ, and Huawei AppGallery.

1. Information We Access

Our watch faces may request device permissions to access sensor and system data strictly necessary for displaying watch face information, such as time, date, battery level, step count, and heart rate.

All sensor data (including heart rate and body sensor data):

• Is read and displayed locally on your device in real time
• Is never transmitted off your device to Yuja Labs or any third party
• Is never stored, logged, or recorded by our application
• Is never used for analytics, advertising, or profiling

Our watch faces do not collect personal information, do not create user accounts, do not connect to external servers, and do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain any user data. Because our watch faces only read sensor data in real time for on-screen display and never store, transmit, or log it, there is no user data held by Yuja Labs to retain or delete.

• Retention period: None — no data is stored at any point
• Deletion: Since no data is collected or stored by our application, there is no data to delete. Uninstalling the watch face removes the application entirely from your device
• Deletion requests: If you believe we hold any of your data, you may contact us at [email protected] and we will confirm that no data has been collected or stored

3. No Data Sharing

Because we do not collect or store any data, we:

• Do not sell user information
• Do not share information with third parties
• Do not transfer information internationally

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our watch faces are distributed through third-party app platforms, including:

• Google Play Store
• Garmin Connect IQ Store
• Huawei AppGallery

These platforms may independently collect information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage users to review their respective privacy policies to understand how they handle data.

Yuja Labs has no control over and is not responsible for data practices of these platforms.

5. Children's Privacy

Our watch faces do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). Since no data is collected, there is no risk of children's data being stored or processed by us.

6. Data Security

Our watch faces access health and sensor data (such as heart rate) that is classified as personal and sensitive user data. To protect this data:

• All sensor data is processed exclusively on your device and is never transmitted over any network
• No data is sent to Yuja Labs servers or any third-party services
• No data is written to device storage, logged, or cached by our application
• No user accounts or authentication are used, eliminating credential-related risks

Because we do not collect, transmit, or store user data, there is no personal data retained by Yuja Labs related to use of our watch faces.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if required for legal or operational reasons. Any updates will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date.
